About Teach-Mart, Inc.
Teach-Mart, Inc. is a registered Texas corporation founded by Jennifer and Brandon Cruce in 2005 inspired by a desire to meet the educational resource needs of teachers and schools, churches, day cares, and learning center staff and teachers, along with parents and grandparents. Jennifer has teaching certificates in Texas and Arkansas with seven years of classroom teaching experience in both public and private schools. Prior to obtaining her bachelor’s degree she spent several years working in the daycare industry gaining experience with curriculum development, management operations, and other aspects of early childhood development. Brandon is a member of the 136th Airlift Wing, Texas Air National Guard, based in Fort Worth. He has recently completed two and half years on federal active duty in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Five deployments later, totaling over 14 months away, Brandon has returned to a traditional Guardsman status and is looking forward to devoting more time and energy to Teach-Mart. The Cruces live in the Park Glen community and have one child, Miles, enrolled in Keller ISD. Teach-Mart is located in Beach Street Market at the intersection of North Beach Street and Basswood Boulevard in north Fort Worth.

The Teach-Mart Mission is to provide high quality products and superior customer service while partnering with teachers and parents to make a positive difference in the lives of children.

From the Founders
We are thrilled to have the opportunity to serve our community through Teach-Mart. The store has been a long time in the making and we sincerely appreciate all of our patrons, past, present, and future. Our goal is not only to provide a broad selection of the highest quality educational resource material, but also to form personal relationships with our customers. In this way we will become a resource to the local education community, a place for help and problem solving for teachers and parents alike. Teach-Mart stocks thousands of items in-house and we have access countless other items and product lines. If you don’t find what you need please ask, we will do our best to find it and order it at no risk to you. We also reach out to the broader education community through catalog and on-line sales, and we are always pleased to fill purchase orders. As we grow we are excited about the potential for increased community involvement and partnership with local schools and organizations dedicated to the growth of our children. Teach-Mart is a small (very small) family owned and operated business. This is our home and community, too. We live here, work here, attend church here, and raise our family here. It is our pleasure to work with the members of our community and our hope is that Teach-Mart will be a place for solutions and a source of encouragement.
